Change is everywhere - where is change?

It feels like one innovation is chasing the next.

AI tools, political developments and the general mood affect us all, psychologically, morally and also productively.

From my humble perspective, I have outlined my new strategy for the year 2025 in a perhaps somewhat unusual video. Yes, I admit it was a bit of a challenge to discuss the whole thing during an uphill hike. But somehow it fits the time and the topic. It won't be any easier, but perhaps at least a little more exciting.

What's going on online and offline right now?

I asked myself the same question and came across the following key issues:

Uncertainty

On many levels, we seem to have to give up familiar certainties. The question for our marketing topics is therefore:

  • Are we still communicating effectively today? Do people still trust us? Who urgently wants to know more about me?

Digitalization

You might think that digitalization should have slowly arrived in companies. Unfortunately, the reality is often different. The rapid pace of transformation leaves little opportunity to think long and hard about change. Old patterns of thought and behavior are still very much trapped in conservative routines. Question:

  • How do we use new opportunities cleverly & smartly? How much do our egos, tradition & security needs get in the way?

Budget allocation

"Where attentions goes energy flows" - according to this principle, we should think carefully about which accents we place on which channels.

  • Who do we want to reach and how? Ergo, where is the smartest place to invest our marketing budget?

Artificial intelligence

  • How does AI affect our company directly and indirectly?

Three answers to these four key issues

  1. Creating clear awareness
  2. Develop a clear strategy
  3. Efficiently designing measures with joy

I support companies in going through the necessary phases smoothly. My approach is to determine the status quo, talk about what makes sense and is fun and then implement it as quickly as possible.

Technically supported monitoring rounds off all actions and ensures that the direction taken was the right one.

Charm of the video

Back to the YouTube video.

Yes, recording the video was a real challenge for me, with all the questions at quite a fast pace, uphill in slippery terrain. But that's exactly what my work is all about. Anyone can recommend standard solutions under simple conditions, at the latest with AI.

No, I want to find out exactly what is best for each individual company.

Employees and leaders who have something to say, represent their brand and thus appear authentic and convincing on the Internet are the future of findability.
